Augure offers a workflow management software platform with a ‘software as a service’ (SaaS) model for public relations, communication and public affairs departments. Customers manage their media and journalist database, expand contact and influencer networks, create and distribute content as well as optimize their public relation assets. Sophisticated analytic software supports our customers in campaign analytics, reporting or cross channel tracking. The software operates currently in five languages in 24 countries. Augure is a clear leader in its field with a share of more than 50% of all public relation agencies in France and Spain.

Investment Rationale

Augure Corporate S.A., Paris and Augure Corporate Spain S.L., Madrid were acquired through a carve-out transaction from Launchmatrix S.A.; Paris by the acquisition holding NomorRiedlessBeteiligungen AG, Zürich in 2020.The strategy is to expand its dominant market position in France and Spain with the support of Argus Data Insights into Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The company is debt free and we intend to achieve our investment return through the multiplication of the proven SaaS-platform into the customer portfolio of Argus Data Insights Holding AG.
