Libera AG is a leading Swiss consulting firm for pension funds and companies in Switzerland. Since 1963, Libera has been advising corporate managements and pension funds competently and comprehensively on occupational pensions and has been supporting them with outsourcing services. The company has locations in Basel and Zurich with around 80 employees in total. Libera is an accredited expert in occupational benefits within the meaning of Art. 52d BVG.
The clientele consists of pension funds that exist under public and private law, around 200 of which use our advisory service and 60 of which use our pension fund administration service. The pension funds managed by Libera have total assets worth CHF 175 billion, around 600,000 actively insured and 200,000 pensioners in Switzerland.

Libera Holding AG was able to grow its share in the Swiss pension fund advisory market during our holding period. Five out of the largest seven pension funds in Switzerland use our actuarial services making the company a clear quality leader in its industry. The company is debt free and Paros Capital aims to meet its investment target through generating high levels of free cash flow, industry consolidation and steady internal growth.
