PLT offers a leading smart transport management system (TMS), ‘Trackpilot’, which digitalizes and optimizes logistics for currently 800 companies. Trackpilot is a cloud-based SaaS product suite and an integrated end-to-end solution with individual modules. Modules include (a) algorithm-based tour planning and optimization, (b) real-time car tracking, (c) fleet management, (d) mobile management applications and (e) reporting and analytics tools. Part of the TrackPilot system is a vehicle-installed hardware, enabling GPS tracking and car data analysis.
Investment Thesis
The company offers exposure to the attractive logistic software growth market in combination with a highly efficient business model that enables a healthy free cash flow. PLT retires its acquisition debt and invests retained earnings into its growing business.
