Marco Fantelli

Experience

Marco Fantelli has been a managing partner with paprico AG since 2011. Projects with paprico include the support of companies in financial restructuring, sales processes, the management of a listed private equity company and the support of investors in M&A-processes.

Before turning to private equity, Marco worked in consulting for a few years, with a focus on supporting SME companies in strategic and corporate finance issues.

Previously, he was the CEO of Multiforsa AG (CHF 50 Mio. turnover, 160 employees), where he was responsible for integrating the company into the HOCHDORF Group and develop and implement the strategies for its two business units. During that time, he was also a member of the management of the HOCHDORF Group (3 companies, CHF 350 Mio. turnover, 450 employees), where he had a lead function in all acquisition projects and in preparing the group for a holding structure.

In the years previously, Marco was the CFO of HochdorfNutritec AG and Multiforsa AG. In this capacity he was instrumental in negotiating and executing three company acquisitions and was heavily involved in the development of group structures for generating a growth in sales from CHF 80 million to 350 million within just a few years.

Before joining HOCHDORF, Marco worked as a controller for several international companies.

Marco currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Bogar AG, a company for pet health products, and as the Member of the Board of a charitable foundation.
