Peter Letter

Experience

Peter Letter has held various positions in corporate finance, private equity and investment management since the late 1990s. To implement owner strategies, he accompanies companies as a board director or investment manager. His specialist knowledge includes financial topics, the structuring and implementation of purchase, sale and financial transactions, as well as corporate succession. Peter Letter graduated from the University of St. Gallen HSG with a master’s degree in business management. He majored in financial management and auditing. During and after completing his business studies, Peter Letter worked in management consultancy, in implementing management information systems and in controlling functions in industry, in both Switzerland and the USA.

In addition, Peter Letter completed a postgraduate degree as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and completed the degree program “Board Management” of the HSG. He is a board member of the Zoug Chamber of Commerce and is on the “Venture Capital” committee of the Swiss Private Equity and Corporate Finance Association (SECA). He is a member of the Parliament of the Canton of Zug and presides over its Education Commission. Since 2019, Peter Letter has been Chairman of the Board of ZugerlandVerkehrsbetriebe (ZVB), InfoGuard AG and CyOne Security AG.
